Job Summary
AP Accountant responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable processes in an international setting, including invoice processing in SAP, executing payment runs, reconciliations, GR/IR management, and reporting. Supports month-, quarter-, and year-end closing, participates in process improvement initiatives (digitalization, SAP S/4HANA), and collaborates with Procurement and other teams. Requires 2+ years of AP experience, SAP proficiency, Excel skills, and fluent English and German.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles
- Experience with SAP (required)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and German
