Job Summary
Review, code, and send all local vendor invoices to the Hungarian third-party accounting firm while participating in global processing, including entry, payment, and reconciliations with external vendors and internal teams. Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate with auditors for external audits. Maintain internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and contribute to special projects and system implementations. Collaborate with finance leaders across Singapore, Florida, and Texas to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of accounting experience in AP, preferably in medium to large corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Good analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage details
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding environment
- Good to Excellent command of English and Hungarian language
