Job Summary
AP Accountant role within Nord Security’s Finance team. Responsibilities include processing and reviewing purchase invoices and employee expenses, matching payments to vendors, creating and maintaining vendor master records, reconciling payables and aging variances, month/quarter/year-end closing, accruals for unreceived invoices, interdepartmental collaboration, responding to audit requests, documenting new processes, driving improvements, prioritizing tasks, and assisting tax with monthly financial declarations (VAT, CIT, Intrastat). Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and 2+ years in accounting/finance, proficiency with Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot, data validation), experience with Business Central (NAV) preferred, and strong communication. Offers hybrid work with three office days and two work-from-home days, plus extensive employee benefits and an optional Work-from-Anywhere stance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of knowledge and experience in the accounting or finance fields.
