Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end executive search support and lead qualification for a school lunchbox program, splitting time between sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, drafting outreach messages, and managing candidate briefs. Execute outbound phone calls to primary schools to qualify operational canteen interest, logging outcomes and delivering weekly summaries. Map ideal client profiles, run reverse-marketing outreach to convert silver-medal candidates, and draft LinkedIn posts and job ads. Maintain a target-company database, identify senior construction and engineering talent, and draft tailored messages while managing follow-ups proactively. Deliver structured end-of-day reports covering progress, blockers, and next steps. Requires excellent spoken and written English, confidence on the phone, and a proactive mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English - confident, professional, and comfortable representing the business on the phone.
- Genuinely happy on the phones: sustained daily outbound calling is half the role, and reluctance here is disqualifying regardless of other strengths.
- A 'joiner' mindset - someone looking to embed in one business and grow with it, not a freelancer juggling clients.
- Proactive self-starter: works out the how, researches independently, moves to the next task without being prompted, and raises problems early rather than sitting on them.
- Comfortable with structured reporting and accountability (end-of-day reports, follow-up disciplines).
Desired Qualifications
- Recruitment resourcing or executive search support experience - understanding of retained search, candidate management, and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Exposure to construction, civil, or engineering recruitment.
- Experience with recruitment databases/CRMs and comfort adopting AI tools in the workflow.
- Experience supporting an Australian or UK recruitment business.
