Job Summary
Build and maintain structured databases of FMCG talent and target clients, conducting market mapping across industries and competitors. Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, segment them by skillset, and draft personalized outreach messages while tracking engagement. Manage the full candidate flow from initial contact through interviews, schedule logistics, and prepare professional CVs and briefs. Develop CRM systems and SOPs from scratch, utilizing AI tools to automate workflows and ensure data accuracy. Protect the founder's revenue-generating time by managing calendars and inbox flow, driving accountability across tasks and pipelines. This partner role enables the founder to focus purely on placements within a lean, high-performance setup.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment sourcing, coordination, or operations roles
- High ownership and proactive — takes initiative without waiting for direction
- Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
- Able to build structure, systems, and processes from the ground up
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability and resourcefulness
- Confident communicator — able to suggest improvements and think independently
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems and openness to AI tools
- Outcome-focused, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Full remote role
- Day shift aligned with AU business hours (flexible depending on founder needs)
