Job Summary
Develop new functionality and maintain existing features for a worldwide enterprise-level insurance brokerage product, splitting time between new development and support activities. Design, develop, and enhance WPF user interfaces while creating and extending custom WPF controls. Investigate and resolve software defects by analyzing and modifying the existing codebase, requiring strong multithreaded programming skills. Collaborate with a mature team to deliver high-quality solutions through daily communication with the customer team. Work independently with limited supervision to handle multitasking activities using Git, Jira, and Visual Studio.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with WPF development
- 3.5+ years of experience with C# development
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework
- Ability to develop new and update existing WPF UI
- Experience fixing, extending, and developing custom WPF controls
- Good understanding of multithreaded programming
- Ability to understand, debug, and modify existing code
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to handle multitasking activities
- Experience with Git, Jira, and Visual Studio
- At least Intermediate level of English
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Basic knowledge of C++
- TCP Sockets programming
