Job Summary
AOG Technician (Jet Aircraft) in Jacksonville, FL responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on jet aircraft in an AOG environment. Respond to AOG situations, diagnose mechanical/electrical discrepancies, perform FAA-compliant maintenance, read and interpret manuals and engineering documents, remove/replace components, document work accurately, and maintain safety and quality standards. Work independently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments, coordinate with maintenance control and operations teams, and be willing to travel as required. Requires strong knowledge of jet aircraft systems, ability to work from manuals and service bulletins, and possession of an FAA A&P license plus US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
- Minimum 4+ years of jet aircraft maintenance experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
