Job Summary

AOG Technician to support rapid-response aircraft maintenance for its expanding fleet of business jets. Respond to AOG events quickly and professionally to return aircraft to service. Troubleshoot and repair systems including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, landing gear, engines, and avionics-related components. Perform structural and mechanical repairs on a variety of business jet platforms. Conduct inspections, operational checks, and post-maintenance testing. Maintain clear communication with Maintenance Control, Flight Operations, and Dispatch. Document all work performed in accordance with FAA and FlyExclusive requirements. Coordinate parts sourcing, tooling, and logistical needs for remote operations. Provide exceptional customer service to flight crews, passengers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism while working in remote environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid FAA A&P License
  • 3–5+ years of recent experience maintaining corporate or commercial aircraft
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with one or more of the following aircraft types preferred: Citation, Gulfstream, Challenger, Falcon, or similar business jets
  • Ability to interpret AMM, IPC, wiring diagrams, MEL/CDL, and engineering documents
  • Must be able to travel frequently, including nights, weekends, and short-notice missions
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
