AOG Operations Supervisor

AOG Operations Supervisor to join CEVA Logistics' Air Freight team in London Skyline, leading and supporting a 24/7 AOG control tower. You will supervise time-sensitive shipments, oversee end-to-end air freight activities (collections, routings, bookings, final mile), make real-time routing and carrier decisions, ensure MAWB/customs/regulatory documentation is accurate and timely, and monitor high-priority shipments. You will coach and develop AOG Operators, manage workload and KPIs, handle customer and stakeholder escalations, maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and logistics partners, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with aviation security and internal policies. IT-literate with freight systems (Cargowise) and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment; UK residency required for the role.
