Job Summary
Perform high-quality, rapid-response maintenance on a diverse fleet of corporate and general aviation aircraft, executing tasks from routine inspections to complex avionics troubleshooting and FAA-approved repairs. Read technical manuals to solve issues and accurately complete work orders while maintaining a clean shop environment. Work on Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream, Cessna, Falcon, Learjet, and Hawker airframes, utilizing Garmin 3000/5000 avionics suites. Operate under a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule with a target hourly rate of $45–$52/hr, including a $100 stipend for off-week work.
Required Qualifications
- Valid A&P Certificate
- A minimum of 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Embraer (Phenom, Praetor/Legacy), or Cessna Lattitude
- Hands-on experience with Garmin 3000 and/or 5000 avionics suites
- Comfortable and willing to work on elevated platforms (up to 40 feet) using fall protection
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- The ability to pass background checks for unescorted access to Security Identification Display Areas (SIDA), including a potential FBI criminal history check
Desired Qualifications
- Stellar candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience—or a minimum of 2 years consisting strictly of dedicated AOG work—will be considered on an individual review basis
