Job Summary

Perform high-quality, rapid-response maintenance on a diverse fleet of corporate and general aviation aircraft, including Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream, and Cessna models. Execute tasks ranging from routine inspections and servicing to complex avionics troubleshooting and FAA-approved repairs by reading technical manuals and interpreting wiring diagrams. Maintain a clean shop environment while working independently to resolve short-notice, high-pressure issues. Work a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule at Naples Municipal Airport. Candidates must hold a valid A&P certificate with at least 3 years of general aviation experience, including hands-on work with specified avionics suites.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid A&P Certificate
  • A minimum of 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Embraer (Phenom, Praetor/Legacy), or Cessna Lattitude
  • Hands-on experience with Garmin 3000 and/or 5000 avionics suites
  • Comfortable and willing to work on elevated platforms (up to 40 feet) using fall protection
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand or sit for extended periods
  • The ability to pass background checks for unescorted access to Security Identification Display Areas (SIDA), including a potential FBI criminal history check

Desired Qualifications

  • Stellar candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience—or a minimum of 2 years consisting strictly of dedicated AOG work—will be considered on an individual review basis at an adjusted starting wage
