Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based counselling and recovery interventions tailored to client complexity, providing case management aligned with TSA models and standards of practice. Develop collaborative treatment plans supporting client goals and wellbeing, while conducting ongoing assessments from intake to exit to ensure responsive service delivery. Assist participants in accessing community supports, advocacy pathways, and post-treatment networks within the Northern Victoria Alcohol and Other Drug Services team. This Fixed Term Full-Time position is based onsite in Bendigo, Victoria, with compensation in accordance with the SCHADS Award – Level 5.
Required Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related discipline, or minimum Diploma of Community Services
- Demonstrated experience in social services, AOD practice or client‐centred support work
- AOD Skillset (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Completion of Forensic Fundamentals (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Family Violence foundational and information‐sharing training (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Strong communication, collaboration and case management capabilities
- A Victorian Driver's Licence
- A current Employee Working with Children Check
- A mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Fixed Term Full-Time position, contracted for 12 months
