Job Summary
Assist in establishing new operations and forming corporate partnerships in Irvine, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and developing the sales workflow while collaborating with the Regional Director of the U.S. Grow B2B partnerships and B2C channels (e.g., WeChat groups), meet families and manage the full sales process from lead follow-up to close, and manage regional marketing events with logistic coordination and partner collaboration. Travel about 15% locally; remote work constitutes the majority of duties. Requires native Mandarin, 2+ years in education or related sales/recruitment experience, strong communication and public-speaking abilities, and a degree from a U.S. university. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, including base salary and potential commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a degree from a U.S. university
- Native Mandarin speaker
- At least two years of experience in the education industry or strong sales/recruitment/enrollment experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Public speaking experience
