AO/Analyst, Global Families

Job Summary

Execute Global Families workflows including data processing, reporting, and tracking for onboarding, Non-US client Pre-Clearance, and annual KYC updates. Collect information, conduct initial research, and track approvals for non-US advisor travel and client diligence matters. Field routine inquiries, escalate complex or sensitive issues, and maintain documentation for World-Check supervision and recurring reports. Identify workflow bottlenecks, document process steps, and validate automation-assisted outputs to support continuous improvement and process standardization. Work closely with US-based partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate completion of operational deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, investment management, operations, compliance support, client onboarding, KYC, due diligence, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information clearly and escalate issues appropriately
  • Comfort working with structured processes, trackers, reports, and sensitive client or business information
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with US-based Global Families team members across time zones
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and discipline in managing documentation, data, and process steps
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and follow through without waiting for direction
  • Comfort working in a process-driven environment where accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment matter
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present it clearly for review
  • Sound judgment in recognizing when to escalate complex, sensitive, or ambiguous matters
  • Clear and professional communication with stakeholders across teams and levels
  • Ability to operate as an integrated member of the Global Families team, including live collaboration with US-based partners
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to help shape more scalable ways of working
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client, business, or risk-related information
  • Pune, India

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with CRM, screening, workflow, or reporting tools
