Job Summary
Director, Partner Sales ANZ leads and scales the ANZ partner ecosystem, managing a team of Partner Account Managers and governing partner strategy to maximize revenue and pipeline. Responsibilities include recruiting and growing reseller and distributor partnerships, developing joint business plans, negotiating contracts, strengthening senior-level partner relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (ANZ Sales, District Managers, Account Executives, Field Marketing) to drive demand programs, events, and partner-driven growth. Key skills include leadership, channel strategy, executive relationship management, contract negotiation, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution to expand Pure Storage’s footprint in ANZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA preferred
