Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in consulting and senior operational leadership
- Proven success in business development, pipeline building and deal closure
- Strong network across mining and infrastructure (construction, ports, rail, utilities)
- Experience in risk management, safety or operational excellence in high-risk environments (mining, oil and gas, power, construction)
- Ability to engage with C-suite and governance forums
- Experience building and developing teams, fostering high-performance culture
- Entrepreneurial drive to build and scale a business
