Job Summary
Conduct four unique job rotations across innovative teams in Life Sciences, Lab Equipment, or Chromatography Services over two years. Gain real-world experience and leadership exposure from day one by working on high-impact projects while developing skills in communication, influencing, and problem-solving. Build a strong network with your grad cohort and transition into a full-time Field Service Engineer role. Submit a resume and a 200-word cover letter explaining why you are the right fit for the mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year Engineering student majoring in Chemical, Mechatronics, Electronic, or a recent graduate (2024–2026)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Own transport
- Willingness to be in field and travel as needed throughout the Program
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to work in Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
- Ability to work with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Ability to work with hazardous/toxic materials
