Job Summary
Conduct outbound calling, text, and email campaigns to promote products, services, and gym tours while engaging customers and resolving inquiries. Process sales transactions using computerized systems, maintain accurate member accounts, and create social media posts to advertise promotions. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure the gym environment remains clean by putting away equipment. Receive on-the-job training to master current membership rates, store policies, and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing member account records
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
