Job Summary
Lead multi-residential and mixed-use building projects from post-DA approval through documentation, tender, construction, and completion stages. Manage and coordinate Construction Certificate, Tender, and Issued for Construction documentation while preparing, reviewing, and coordinating detailed architectural and construction drawings. Resolve design and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with consultants, contractors, clients, and authorities. Apply strong technical knowledge and construction detailing skills to ensure accurate delivery within required timelines, working autonomously with minimal supervision. Support project compliance with NSW planning controls, the National Construction Code, and Australian Standards. Requires 8+ years of experience in multi-residential design and construction with proficiency in ArchiCAD.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience in multi-residential and mixed-use design and construction
- Strong experience delivering architectural projects through documentation and construction stages
- Strong technical knowledge and demonstrated construction detailing skills
- Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination experience
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills with a strong focus on meeting documentation deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a small team and collaborate remotely with other offices
- ArchiCAD — strong proficiency
- Microsoft Teams — comfortable collaborating and communicating with distributed teams
- Microsoft Office applications — working knowledge for general project coordination and administration
