Job Summary
Develop and optimize digital processes and automation scenarios using Make.com, Airtable, ClickUp, and HubSpot. Monitor, troubleshoot, and document ongoing workflows while providing first-level technical support for internal IT inquiries. Serve as the primary contact for digital process questions to the executive team and leadership. This role supports the Black Forest Production GmbH team in scaling video and performance marketing operations through smart automation and efficient process design.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare praktische Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung mit No-Code/Low-Code Tools (z. B. Make.com, Airtable, ClickUp)
- Technisches Verständnis & hohe Eigeninitiative
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Prozessdenken
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Apple MacBook & digitalen Tools
