Job Summary
Manage day-to-day organization and implementation of one or more programs or projects, including planning, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with ABA policies. Advise member leaders on strategy and procedures, serving as the principal point of contact for internal and external communications while reporting progress and results. Coordinate joint projects with interested entities, proactively seeking partners and managing sponsorship revenue. Supervise staff members through recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and annual performance evaluations. Execute program activities including resource budgeting, fundraising, marketing, and oversight of meetings and special events. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; salary range $58,720–$71,525. Flexible/hybrid work available for residents of CA, DC, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, TX, VA, and WI.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least three years' experience
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED and at least five years' relevant professional experience
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office suite
