Job Summary

Organize, update, and maintain client records regarding revenues, assets, subsidiaries, and past transactions while performing regular audits to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate daily with U.S. and international antitrust lawyers to provide relevant information and assist in preparing, proofing, and compiling exhibits for U.S. HSR and global antitrust/merger control filings. Review emails across multiple matters to determine relevant follow-up actions and document key discussion points from internal calls and meetings. Leverage current technologies, including AI tools, to support cross-departmental teams involved in global filings. This role requires 3+ years of paralegal experience, proficiency with legal tech platforms like Relativity and iManage, and the ability to work overtime. Joining Weil's Administrative Staff team, you will help attorneys successfully meet client needs in global M&A transactions and antitrust litigation.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university with strong academic record
  • Ability to multi-task across a number of different matters and requests occurring in parallel
  • Manages and synthesizes a large volume of corporate/financial data and information
  • Analyzes problems, develops effective solutions and understands implications of proposed solutions
  • Makes appropriate and timely decisions
  • Proficiency/advanced ability with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, SharePoint, OneNote, Pacer Pro, iManage, Zoom, MS Teams and Relativity
  • Interest in developing knowledge of artificial intelligence tools
  • Produces high quality work; is efficient, accurate and has good attention to detail
