Job Summary
Dual leadership role at Founders Classical Academy Rogers: oversee the high school guidance program and campus operations. Lead college and career counseling to support 8th–12th graders, manage the college search/admissions process, scheduling, and graduation planning, and coordinate testing (PSAT/ACT/AP) with family-facing communications. Administer admissions guidance, organize events (Senior Decision Day, alumni panels), and cultivate relationships with colleges. Provide administrative oversight for student conduct, campus culture, SPED/504 liaison work, master scheduling, safety drills, RTI committees, and serve as Campus Testing Coordinator. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an applicable field and 5+ years in college admissions or guidance, with strong organizational, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an applicable field of study or education from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the college admissions process preferred, either in high school guidance or college-level admissions.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Classical Education model and a readiness to advocate for its mission.
- Skills: High level of organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to solve challenging problems through a collaborative approach.
