Job Summary
Direct the planning and operating of a variety of after-school programs while implementing and evaluating program goals. Facilitate groups, carry out activities, and schedule staff and program events. Check children in and out, ensure their safety and security, and address parent concerns. Motivate students for maximum learning and assist teachers in checking daily goals. Discipline students when necessary and communicate effectively with families. Requires experience working with school-age children and a knowledge of classical education.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Being authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- A knowledge of classical education and curriculum
