Job Summary
Senior building leader responsible for instruction, staff supervision, student experience and operations to ensure a strong transition into high school; collaborates closely with the Principal, central office leaders, staff, families, and community partners to advance district and building goals while maintaining confidentiality; completes Safe Schools training in a timely manner and supports world-class customer service. Requires a Master's degree in Educational Leadership (or related field) and a valid Ohio Administrative or Principal license, with 5–7 years of teaching or administrative experience and leadership in a secondary setting; 1 FTE, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 260 days/year; position based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field preferred
- Valid Ohio Department of Education Administrative or Principal License
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a secondary setting preferred
- Valid driver's license
