Job Summary
Direct the planning and operation of the after-school program, supervise staff, and implement/assess curriculum to ensure quality learning and safe, engaging activities for students. Oversee staffing, interview and train employees, track after-school fees, manage the program budget, check children in/out, address parent concerns, and collaborate with teachers to motivate students and achieve learning goals. Requires knowledge of classical education/curriculum and an associates degree or equivalent with experience working with school-age children.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college and one to two years related experience or training preferred
- Experience working with school age children required.

- Being authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.
