Anticipated 4th Grade Teacher FCA Rogers

Anticipated 4th Grade Teacher at Founders Classical Academy, Rogers, AR. Prepare and deliver lessons using classical traditional methods, administer formative and summative assessments, maintain student grades and parent communication via the school’s online tools, and collaborate with Special Education and 504 teachers to implement accommodations. Responsibilities include sponsoring student activities, participating in faculty meetings and professional development, and supporting marketing/recruiting as needed. Requires ability to manage a classroom of 20-27 students, travel for field trips/trainings, and work with a diverse student body in a civically-focused classical education environment. Must hold a Bachelor's degree (HQ) and demonstrate content knowledge; Arkansas Standard Teaching License is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, peers, and administration are essential.
