Job Summary
Anti-Tamper / Critical Program Information (AT/CPI) SME to perform senior-level advising and policy guidance for DoD Anti-Tamper and CPI efforts. Responsibilities include supporting policy development, exportability guidance, and enterprise-wide AT planning; advising DoD leaders and the AT Enterprise on integrating policy with processes driven by Exportability Reform, Acquisition Transformation, and Tech Release/Force Disclosure Reform; developing CPI-related documentation, risk assessments, white papers, and leadership briefings; and ensuring CPI protection across DoD programs. Role resides with All-Domain Operations in Mission Technologies and requires extensive experience in defense policy, program protection, and acquisition processes, with a TS/SCI clearance and active SAP eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
- U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in technology protection technologies, CPI identification and protection, and DoD acquisition processes.
- Strong knowledge of AT policy, threat analysis, counterintelligence principles, cryptographic/communications security, and technology maturity assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse organizations.
- Ability to synthesize highly complex problems and reduce to actionable tasks
