Job Summary
Manage merchandise flow for the Functional Décor buying team by owning web turnover, tracking samples, and maintaining digital photographs of items in development. Conduct weekly web audits to activate styles, resolve errors, and report findings while balancing sample requests and vendor communications. Prepare business analysis documentation including picture packs and reports using OTB and velocity data to contribute to pre-Monday meetings. Build relationships with distribution centers, design, and production partners while ensuring timely updates and accurate tracking of shipping and receiving.
Required Qualifications
- Must exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with sense of urgency
- An understanding of the customer's wants and needs and the ability to identify the appropriate product/trend that will appeal to the customer and meet their expectations
- Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks
- Must demonstrate creative thinking
- Rudimentary understanding of retail math
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and digital fluency to lean new programs
- Prioritize workload, ability to multi-task, organize and problem-solve
- Attention to detail and follow-through projects to completion
- 1-2 Years retail experience or internship
