Job Summary
Manage daily merchandise flow by ensuring styles are live on the website, reviewing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and the distribution center for samples and missing items. Act as the liaison between buyers and vendors to handle shipping inquiries, logistics, and payment processes while alerting buyers to any costing or timing ramifications. Maintain accurate product information by updating systems, reconciling attributes weekly, and managing sample receiving and returns. Assist with pulling reporting, preparing for business reviews, and sharing upcoming product with the creative and merchandising teams.
Required Qualifications
