Job Summary
Lead by example and inspire a shared vision by communicating store and Company goals while managing the shop floor to ensure a positive environment. Train and coach sales associates on service standards, operating systems, and loss prevention systems, and participate in staff recruitment and hiring. Utilise sales reports to track key performance results and drive department focuses by analysing customer trends and stock drivers. Collaborate with the Department Manager to maximise sales, participate in weekly recaps to plan initiatives, and uphold Health & Safety procedures. Assist with markdowns, transfers, and Pick Pack orders while acting as a brand ambassador to deliver an unimagined level of service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisor role
- working in a fast-paced and customer focussed retail environment
- Ability to work with initiative and consistency under tight time constraints
- Ability to positively impact results in sales
- Proven record of training individuals or a team of talented people
- An appreciation and understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its appeal in the market
