Job Summary
Lead by example to foster a creative store culture that inspires both the team and customers. Participate in training new and existing associates, build strong peer relationships, and drive recruitment and hiring. Manage the shop floor to ensure high service standards, exhibit excellent floor presence, and coach sales associates on service systems. Utilize sales reports to track performance, challenge the team to meet goals, and drive the Anthro Programme sign-ups. Perform all store-level operational procedures, including markdowns, stock transfers, and loss prevention, while upholding Health & Safety procedures. Work alongside the Department Manager to maximize sales and achieve company objectives through weekly recaps and department initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisor role
- working in a fast-paced and customer focussed retail environment
- Ability to work with initiative and consistency under tight time constraints
- Ability to positively impact results in sales
- Proven record of training individuals or a team of talented people
- An appreciation and understanding of the Anthropologie culture and its appeal in the market
