Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome and valued while sharing product suggestions and styling priorities. Provide a frictionless experience by utilizing technology for transactions, size/color lookups, and placing orders for unavailable items. Build productive peer relationships, participate in product knowledge sharing, and contribute to store initiatives through the SPARKED journal. Maintain visual and operational standards, support shipment processes to track new and restocked products, and communicate feedback on customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
