Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers, sharing product suggestions, and utilizing technology to transact, find sizes, and place orders for items not in stock. Build productive relationships with peers, participate in product knowledge sharing, and contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives and the SPARKED journal. Provide insights on customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership while maintaining visual and operational standards. Support shipment processes to gain product awareness and maintain floor stock levels.
Required Qualifications
