Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring every guest feels welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers, sharing product suggestions, and utilizing technology to transact, find sizes, and place orders for out-of-stock items. Build productive relationships with peers, participate in product knowledge sharing, and contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives and the SPARKED journal. Provide insights on customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership while maintaining visual and operational standards. Fulfill omni order processes to maintain floor stock levels and stay current on merchandising updates.
Required Qualifications
- Anthro brand fan
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
