Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers, sharing product suggestions, and utilizing technology to transact, find sizes, and place orders for unavailable items. Build productive peer relationships, share product knowledge and styling priorities, and contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives and the SPARKED journal. Provide insights on customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership while maintaining visual and operational standards. Understand shift contributions to impact store business, support shipment processes to gain product awareness, and contribute to omni order fulfillment to maintain floor stock levels.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in customer service

- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
