Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring every guest feels welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers, sharing product suggestions, and utilizing technology to transact, find sizes/colors, and place orders for out-of-stock items. Build productive peer relationships, share product knowledge and styling priorities, and communicate customer and employee insights to Store Leadership. Maintain visual and operational standards while tracking shipment processes to support omni order fulfillment and stock levels. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
