Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers and sharing product suggestions while utilizing technology to transact, find sizes, and place orders for unavailable items. Build productive relationships with peers, participate in product knowledge sharing, and contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives and the SPARKED journal. Provide insights on customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership, understand shift contributions to business impact, and support shipment processes to maintain stock levels and visual standards. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
