Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers, sharing product suggestions, and utilizing technology to transact, find sizes, and place orders for items unavailable in-store. Build productive peer relationships, share product knowledge and styling priorities, and contribute to team morale through store initiatives and the SPARKED journal. Provide insights on customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership while maintaining visual and operational standards. Support shipment processes to track new and restocked items, ensuring accurate omni order fulfillment and floor stock levels. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as an Anthropologie brand fan.
Required Qualifications
