Job Summary
Engage customers with personalized conversations to drive sales and ensure every guest feels welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers, sharing product suggestions, and utilizing technology to transact, find sizes, and place orders for out-of-stock items. Build productive peer relationships, share product knowledge and styling trends, and contribute to store initiatives while communicating feedback to leadership. Understand shift contributions to business impact, support shipment processes to maintain stock levels, and uphold visual and operational merchandising standards.
