Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome and valued while sharing product suggestions across the sales floor. Build productive relationships with peers, participate in learning product knowledge and trends, and contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives. Maintain visual and operational standards, support shipment processes, and communicate feedback on the customer and employee experience to Store Leadership.
