Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued. Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple shoppers, sharing product suggestions, and utilizing technology to transact, find inventory, and place orders for items unavailable in-store. Build productive relationships with peers, participate in product knowledge sharing, and contribute to positive team morale through store initiatives and the SPARKED journal. Provide insights on customer and employee experiences to Store Leadership while maintaining visual and operational standards. Understand shift contributions to impact store business, support shipment processes for product awareness, and ensure accurate omni order fulfillment. Maintain stock levels and stay current on merchandising updates.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
