Job Summary
Initiate genuine conversations to engage customers personally, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued while providing product suggestions across the sales floor. Utilize technology to transact in the moment, locate sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in-store. Build productive relationships with peers, share product knowledge and styling priorities, and contribute to store initiatives through the SPARKED journal. Maintain visual and operational standards, support shipment processes to track new arrivals and restocks, and communicate insights regarding the customer and employee experience to Store Leadership.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in customer service

- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
