Job Summary
Delivers exceptional customer experiences through personalized styling and outfitting recommendations while driving sales. Executes in-store creative marketing and merchandising direction with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Display Artist to create a compelling visual environment. Facilitates daily team meetings to share product updates and visual priorities, then assesses store business using reporting tools to identify merchandising opportunities. Supports the shipment process to prioritize product placement and manages markdowns to meet budgets and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Anthro brand fan
- 1+ years retail merchandising experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including early morning weekday shifts
