Job Summary
Manage web photo sample requests and track shipping/receiving for vendors. Request presentation samples for PR, web, and meetings, ensuring timely delivery and proactive issue resolution. Conduct weekly web audits to activate styles, review customer feedback, and report findings in Monday morning meetings. Partner with the buying team on merchandise flow, product development, and cross-functional relationships with distribution and design. Contribute data-driven opinions to business meetings and suggest process improvements. Maintain product assortment expertise and offer support during crunch times.
Required Qualifications
- Must exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with sense of urgency
- An understanding of the customer's wants and needs and the ability to identify the appropriate product/trend that will appeal to the customer and meet their expectations.
- Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks.
- Must demonstrate creative thinking.
- Rudimentary understanding of retail math
- 1-2 Years retail experience or internship.
