Job Summary
Collaborate with store leadership to cultivate genuine customer connections and drive sales by setting team and zoning goals. Execute omni-services to deliver seamless shopping experiences while managing daily zones, facilitating shipment, and maintaining visual standards. Support the associate team through new hire onboarding, training, and mentorship, and actively listen to feedback to enhance customer and employee experiences. Maintain store cleanliness, restock product, and assist with facilities or IT issues during opening and closing procedures. Contribute to positive team morale through brand initiatives and employee recognition activities.
