Job Summary
Collaborate with store leadership to cultivate a customer-centric environment by driving sales metrics, managing daily zones, and facilitating seamless omni-channel experiences. Support the associate team through training, onboarding, and mentorship while maintaining visual standards, restocking product, and handling facilities or IT issues. Actively participate in shipment fulfillment, markdowns, and brand initiatives to enhance team morale and ensure inclusive, energized store operations. Provide daily feedback to leadership on customer and employee experiences to help meet store objectives.
