Job Summary
Collaborate with store leadership to cultivate genuine customer connections while driving sales through key performance indicators and omni-channel execution. Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, restocking, visual standards, and facility support. Facilitate an energized team environment by mentoring associates, conducting new hire onboarding, and resolving customer problems through elevated decision-making. Provide insights on customer and employee experiences to the Store Manager and contribute to positive morale through brand initiatives. Support shipment and fulfillment processes while maintaining current knowledge of monthly visual messaging and concept updates.
