Create inspiring, on-brand outfitting with a strong focus on detail, product fit, and the Anthropologie brand identity. Collaborate with the Style Director to set monthly tone and ensure cohesion across the team, while partnering with Merchandising to protect product through business initiatives. Manage and inspire on-figure stylists to drive evolving imagery and trend execution, maintaining a strong on-set presence to meet daily shot count goals. Communicate effectively to ensure product is shot accurately and adapt quickly to business needs under tight deadlines.
