Job Summary
Interpret company direction to create artistic, visionary in-store and window displays that enhance the customer experience and support sales. Manage seasonal display budgets, code payments, and safely implement displays using recycled materials while maintaining organized work areas. Collaborate with Visual Coordinators, Managers, and Store Managers to execute projects, communicate plans via visual presentations, and plan customer flow. Mentor retail teams on visual expectations, operational standards, and tool management through peer-to-peer training. Identify and develop team members for seasonal setups while ensuring displays avoid blind spots for sales associates and CCTV.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working in the art and design field
- Strong Artistic background with an understanding in multiple mediums both 2D and 3D
- Ability to develop creative ideas into working solutions
- A completed professional portfolio
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong organisational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Carpentry skills a plus
- Experience with working at a large scale a plus
- Comfortable using power tools
